RETURNS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges. At Daijah Janae Wig Company, we are committed to providing you the best experience possible. We will try to accomodate any reasonable request prior to the order shipping. SHIPPING POLICY

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing takes 3 business days and once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping details to update. After processing, our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days through UPS and international shipping takes 7-10 business days.

Keep in mind, our business days are as follows Monday - Friday before 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are considered non-business days. If a holiday falls on one of our business days, it will be considered a non business day.

Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control over the package. Therefore, Daijah Janae Wig Company is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. Once you receive your tracking number, for further details please contact the mail carrier.
